- Assistance for rezervation and accommodation - free of charge
- Making firm's accounting
- Non-VAT registered - 80 EUR per month
- VAT registered - 160 EUR per month
- Legal services for the preparation of a notarial act - 100 EUR
- Agency charges
- For real estate - 3% of its value or 200 EUR minimum
- For agricultural land - 10 EUR per 1000 sq.m
- Opening an account for the new onwer's real estate in Power supply Company, Water supply Company and Bulgarian Telephone Company - 25 EUR
- Examination of the real estate for mortage and other foreclosures - 20 EUR
- Management of the real estate - price is a matter of negotiation
- Maintanance, repair and new construction
